Training and Mentoring

Marketing is changing and evolving at a neck-breaking rate.  New tools and terminology are continuously updated and develop and it is quite easy to fall in love with the innovation and creativity and neglect paying strict attention to the connection between these and the ROI.

Two important insights:

  1. Marketing team members are capable, and can do their job well, according to their skills, experience and specialties. They can also further learn and develop their skills independently. Doing both in parallel lowers the effectiveness of both.
  2. Marketing managers, as well as senior managers do not have the time or attention span to keep abreast with up-to-date marketing technologies. This obviously makes it harder to make good decisions related to the marketing processes, in addition to frustrating the marketing staff.

Developing a focused training plan for the marketing team members. Some of the workshops and classes will be given by us, and others by subject matter experts with whom we’re working for years now.

Training, guiding and coaching, with participation of company managers and especially marketing leaders will harness personal marketing coaching for the good of all relevant decision makers, and assist in selecting and implementing up-to-date practical tools and techniques for immediate use.

Team based and one-on-one coaching and mentoring can maximize the potential of the marketing team. It will also help company management (and the board) to get a clear picture of “what’s in it for them”, how long it’ll take, and what are the cost components (time, $$, alternative costs, etc.).
